Before joining Gradient, Alessandra served as a senior member of Hopin’s Event Services team, where she guided enterprise customers in hosting world class events on the company’s digital platform. Preceding Hopin, Alessandra consulted on and executed key events for a number of tech clients while at digital marketing agency, Firewood. She’s touched events that span many mediums, formats, and geographies, and she feels lucky to help shape the way founders come together in her role at Gradient Ventures.

Alessandra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the George Washington University, where she concentrated in Event Management and minored in Dance. She’s also an active member of the Section4 learning community and can’t resist signing up for their latest sprint. Work aside, Alessandra is a certified yoga instructor, a lover of live music, and a budding sewist.
