Andrew is a Partner at Gradient, focusing on vertical AI and healthcare investments.

Prior to Gradient, he co-founded Vial, a tech-enabled clinical trial platform that has raised over $100M. He was the founding Head of Growth at Newfront, a commercial insurance brokerage acquired by WTW for $1.3B in 2025. He began his career at Jobr, a leading mobile job search app acquired by Monster in 2016.

Andrew was a 2013 Thiel Fellow, one of 20 recipients worldwide selected to receive $100,000 to pursue entrepreneurship in lieu of college. Originally from London, he lives in San Francisco and loves politics and live music.
