Carmella leads founder programming for Gradient, including community events, educational content, and perks. She also enjoys working with founders on their digital marketing questions, and spent five years at Google advising high-growth tech B2B companies such as Okta, Intercom, Databricks, and ActiveCampaign on their digital marketing strategy before making her way over to Gradient.
Carmella graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in English and minor in Digital Studies, in addition to completing management courses at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. She serves as an advisor to University of Michigan’s social impact incubator, and has led workshops for startups on digital marketing across four continents.
Carmella lives in San Francisco, where she enjoys spending time running trails in Marin and teaching Lagree Fitness classes at Core40.
