Devon serves as the operational backbone of Gradient, seamlessly managing everything from daily office operations and vendor relationships to event coordination and executive support for the firm's General Partners.

Devon brings over six years of executive support experience from the legal sector, most recently as an Executive Legal Secretary at Squire Patton Boggs LLP. She provided comprehensive support to partners across real estate, corporate, and public finance practices. She holds a BA in Anthropology from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Outside of Gradient, Devon explores the Bay Area with her husband and two young children, from discovering new playgrounds and children's museums to hiking local trails. She's also an avid supporter of live music and the region's thriving arts community.
