Kyle partners with early-stage founders to navigate the 0-to-1 journey, helping them achieve product-market fit, clarify market positioning, secure initial customers, and build a repeatable GTM motion. He works closely with teams at the earliest stages to translate product insight into commercial traction and establish a durable revenue foundation.

Prior to joining Gradient, Kyle was part of Google’s enterprise sales organization, where he worked with large global customers to drive growth across advertising and technology platforms. Earlier in his career, he led Sales and Customer Success teams at both startups and established companies, including helping scale B2B SaaS company Revinate from $0 to $18M in annual recurring revenue. He holds a BS in Marketing from Boston College.

Based in Boulder, CO, outside of work Kyle can be found trail running and skiing with his wife and two sons.
